At the core of Drew Ali Flag Football League we are committed to providing a fun, safe, and competitive environment for Milwaukee’s youth. We aim to promote physical fitness, teamwork, and a love for the sport, while fostering a sense of community and friendship among our participants.
The Drew Ali Flag Football League is co-ed (male and female) and open to all youth between ages of 8-12. We are continually striving to promote, develop, enhance , and improve this league for the city of Milwaukee.

It continues to inspire and motivate others to strive for greatness, shaping the future of Drew Ali Flag Football through innovation, leadership, and exceptional accomplishments. The winning team collective achievement serves as a source of inspiration and a reminder of the transformative power of teamwork, skill, and unwavering determination in the pursuit of sporting greatness. What will set the winning Team apart will not only be the individual brilliance of its players but also the seamless coordination and synergy within the team. Also their ability to communicate effectively, strategize on the fly, and adapt to evolving match situations with a level of teamwork that will become the hallmark of their success.
Assigned Teams
Teams take turns selecting players, with the order typically determined by factors such as the previous season's performance or a lottery system. This format ensures a fair distribution of talent among participating teams. The strategic decisions made during the draft have a profound impact on team fortunes, making it an integral and thrilling component of the football calendar.
Supporting The Community
Participants engage in community service willingly, without coercion or expectation of financial gain. The motivation often stems from a desire to make a positive impact on the community. Community service encompasses a wide range of activities, such as volunteering at a local shelter, cleaning up public spaces, tutoring, participating in fundraising events, or assisting the elderly. The diversity of activities allows individuals to choose projects that align with their skills and interests.
